Weeds. They are disruptive, tacky, cumbersome, rapid and wild, hindering their surroundings from sprouting beautiful, healthy, fresh growth. They are troublesome and unwelcomed by most. You cannot simply pull off the surface of the weed, or pop it out of the ground. You have to completely uproot it and re-soil where it once was.
Do your emotions fit this same description? Are they disruptive, cumbersome, or wildly out of control? Are you handling your emotions at surface level or do you know what is at the root of them?
Our new series “Weeds” will help you uproot five emotions that could choke the life out of you: anger, greed, envy, grief, and anxiety. Stop trying to rid what’s at the surface and uproot what is holding you down.
Series runs April 7 - May 5
